KIEN HUYNH
COACH: YOGA
Kiến Huỳnh is a yoga practitioner and instructor deeply inspired by Anusara and Yin Yoga practices. Beginning her fitness journey with numerous previous physical injuries, through consistent practice, she gradually found inspiration that brings balance between the physical body and mind by connecting movement and breath.
His teaching style focuses on Hatha Yoga, combined with Yin Yoga to illustrate the balance between two opposing energies. The flow of each class naturally adapts to each student—sometimes fast, sometimes slow—helping students connect with and listen to their body's language during the practice.

Yang & Yin
This class combines fast and slow movements to help students flow with their own breath. Movements that require both internal and external balance will be challenged, with the key focus on your breathing! Kiến will guide you to see and feel together.
This class features traditional and popular exercises where students perform individual poses guided by technique and breath. Holding each posture for a sufficient duration helps students deeply “feel” their body and mind. The practice focuses on developing four physical elements: strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
Yin represents the passive, resting, and cooling aspect. It focuses on releasing unnecessary effort from the body (in contrast to Hatha Yoga). Students are guided into passive postures, held mindfully for extended periods to become aware of bodily sensations and observe the mind through the breath. Emphasis is placed on cultivating patience and inward focus, while also stretching and restoring connective tissues, ligaments, and fascia.
This class combines both aspects of practice through Yin Yoga reflection and exercise. Kiến integrates these two opposites into a single session, blending effort and relaxation in a balanced way. The flow of these dual energies is emphasized, allowing students to observe and find their equilibrium between Yin and Yang.
