Meditation therapy is a journey inward to heal at the root — not only the physical body but also emotions, mind, and life energy.
During the session, you will be guided to relax your body, close your eyes, and enter a deep state of relaxation. Through breath, imagery, and guided meditation voice (or healing sounds), you gradually detach from chaotic thoughts and return to your natural calm state.
This space allows you to release stress, recognize emotions, and transform mental burdens. Each meditation session offers a unique experience — sometimes profound relief, sometimes new personal insights.
You and the instructor will have time to share and reflect on your experience throughout the meditation. This is a moment to connect more deeply with yourself and listen to what your soul is quietly expressing.
