MEMBER POLICY
Please carefully read the MEMBER POLICY below, which may be updated by KHI WELLNESS & PILATES from time to time.
This MEMBER POLICY defines the rights and responsibilities of both you and KHI WELLNESS & PILATES.
Any changes to these POLICIES will be communicated by posting on the website (or by other written notification to you).

1. TRAINING PACKAGES AND MEMBER POLICIES

All training packages (including Class Series and Membership) are strictly personal and non-transferable without official written consent from KHI.

2. AGE RESTRICTION

3. CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Canceling a class at least 6 hours before the scheduled time: the credit/session will be retained.

4. SERVICE FEES

Fees may be adjusted according to operational policies. KHI commits to providing at least 30 days’ advance notice via email or official communication channels.
5. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION, RENEWAL,
& SUSPENSION POLICY

Membership packages will automatically renew at the end of each cycle.

Members may request to cancel their membership at any time by sending an email to KHI.

KHI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if violations of studio rules are detected or if the member’s health condition poses a risk to themselves or others during service use.
6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
& LEGAL RELEASE

Members are responsible for any damage to the studio’s property or facilities caused by negligence or intentional actions.

By participating in training sessions, members confirm that their personal health condition is suitable for exercise and commit to proactively undergoing medical check-ups if necessary.
7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any complaints, both parties will prioritize reaching an agreement through negotiation.

Members must submit a written statement clearly outlining the issue, and KHI will respond within 20 working days.

If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
8. EFFECTIVENESS AND LEGAL TERMS

The contents of this policy comply with the legal system of Vietnam.

Any amendments or additions are only valid when mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
9. INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY
-
KHI collects and stores necessary information such as full name, phone number, email address, and payment details to serve customer care and service operations.

Personal information is strictly confidential and encrypted according to safety standards.
